Omnivore Food Festival (Deauville-Francia)

“Nuestro Buey” was present in the Omnivore Food festival, held in the French town of Deauville, on February 20^th, 21^st and 22^nd, which brought together great chefs. In our stand we were displaying the excellence of Wagyu meat (Wagyu loin, Wagyu ham, Wagyu cured ham). Among its features, we can highlight its delicious taste and insuperable juiciness as well as beneficial health properties, thanks to its polyunsaturated fatty acid content, making this meat one of the best in the world.

Bal de la La Rose (Rose Dance)

In Monaco, every spring, the Bal de la Rose (Rose Dance) is held, this is one of the most glamorous events to be held in the Principality, it is an entirely charitable event, presided by the Royal Family of Monaco. This year, the main dish on the Menu for the dinner will be Wagyu sirloin from Nuestro Buey, a dinner which will be attended by many Personalities and European royalty.
