Omnivore Food Festival (Deauville-Francia)

“Nuestro Buey” was present in the Omnivore Food festival, held in the French town of Deauville, on February 20th, 21st and 22nd, which brought together great chefs. In our stand we were displaying the excellence of Wagyu meat (Wagyu loin, Wagyu ham, Wagyu cured ham). Among its features, we can highlight its delicious taste and insuperable juiciness as well as beneficial health properties, thanks to its polyunsaturated fatty acid content, making this meat one of the best in the world.



Bal de la La Rose (Rose Dance)

In Monaco, every spring, the Bal de la Rose (Rose Dance) is held, this is one of the most glamorous events to be held in the Principality, it is an entirely charitable event, presided by the Royal Family of Monaco. This year, the main dish on the Menu for the dinner will be Wagyu sirloin from Nuestro Buey, a dinner which will be attended by many Personalities and European royalty.

When it comes to our ox, we know that feeling satisfied with the work we have been doing comes from devoting our dream to continuing to take on new challenges. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the commencement of the works which will lead to a new farm in Vizmalo, where, with specimen wagyu mothers and thanks to innovative genetic selection techniques, we hope to be able to perfect the breed in search of the original purity of the wagyu ox.
NEW FACILITIES

In order to protect the welfare of our oxen, we are creating an enclosure to surround the facilities using an impermeable fence which will not only prevent access to other animals, but which also has advanced environmental protection systems at the entrance, such as automatic disinfection of vehicles with access to the enclosure.
